We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at prior to returning the garment.


Garments must be returned within 10 days of original dispatch date unworn and unwashed. Fujinella does not take responsibility for garments not received if a customer attempts to send a garment via non registered post.


Garments will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if the garment is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Fujinella will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.


Fujinella is unable to accept garments that have had the tags removed, been worn or washed and the garment must be in “as new” condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for new garments required by a customer. Fujinella will either exchange the garment and add re-delivery charges or refund the amount of the garment, less the original freight charges.
